Two all-caps families built as a pair: a high-contrast Didone that carries a headline on its own, and a bold condensed gothic that locks up tight underneath it. Each has a drawn Bold, the figures are tabular, and the diagonals are kerned to close the way hand lettering does. Set one against the other and a poster more or less builds itself.

High-contrast Didone. Heavy stems, hairline joins, long flat unbracketed serifs.
The Display bolds in place, Didone fashion: the bowls thicken inward from a fixed outer edge, so the widths hold and the counters tighten.

Bold condensed deco sans, near-monoline, set to lock up tight.
The Gothic cannot bold in place. Its counter is only 124 units wide to begin with, so it widens as it thickens and holds the counter near a fifth of the width.
