Two licenses. Everything you download is yours to use commercially, and nothing you download is yours to hand on. Typefaces carry their own terms because seats and pageviews are how type is licensed.
01 · Assets
One rule: use everything commercially, just don’t resell the files themselves.

Every asset sold here comes with a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license for commercial and personal work. Client projects, advertising, packaging, social, print, digital. No royalties, no expiry.
What you may not do is resell, redistribute or sublicense the files themselves, whether on their own or as part of another stock, template or asset product, and you may not use them to train machine learning models. Sharing your account or your download links with people who have not bought a license is not permitted.
Your purchases stay in your account library permanently, so you can re-download them whenever you need to.
02 · Fonts
Every font license is commercial, worldwide and never expires. No royalties, and no limits on views, print runs or audience. Pick where you’ll use it.

Per brand
You can’t
Priced per website, per brand. A Web license covers the number of websites you bought it for, each including its subdomains. A Complete license covers the number of brands you bought it for. Each extra one costs the same again, and the count is on your receipt. More than five? Email us.
People, not computers. A license counts the people who use the font, not their devices.
Printers and agencies. You can give the files to anyone producing work for you. They delete them when the job is done.
PDFs and web pages.Embedding the font so people can view or print your document is fine. It doesn’t give them a license to use it.
Updates. Free, forever. New versions appear in your library.
Ask us firstbefore building the font into a product you distribute, or a server that sets type for other people. We’ll quote it.
The rest. STOODIOOS keeps the copyright. Licenses transfer only with our written okay. The fonts come as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid. Break the license and it ends, and every copy has to be deleted.
